Red Willow County is comprised of 20 precincts. Arranged as 5 precincts across by 4 precincts down. Each precinct is composed of 36 sections. Six sections across by 6 sections down. Red Willow county has approximately 720 sections, or 460,800 acres. Starting with the top right precinct and working across to the west we have;

1. North Valley bordered on the east by Furnas County, to the north by Frontier County. To the west by Alliance Precinct, and the south by East Valley Precinct. North Valley is described as Township 4 North, Range XXVI West of the 6t^h P. M.
2. Alliance bordered on the east by North Valley Precinct, to the north by Frontier County. To the west by Fritsch Precinct, and the south by Indianola Precinct. Alliance is described as Township 4 North, Range XXVII West of the 6^th P. M.
3. Fritsch bordered on the east by Alliance Precinct, to the north by Frontier County. To the west by Box Elder Precinct and the south by Red Willow Precinct. Fritsch is described as Township 4 North, Range XXVIII West of the 6^th P. M.
4. Box Elder bordered on the east by Fritsch Precinct, to the north by Frontier County. To the west by Coleman Precinct, to the south by Willow Grove. Box Elder is described as Township 4 North, Range XXIX West of the 6^th P. M.
5. Coleman bordered on the east by Box Elder Precinct, to the north by Frontier County. To the west by Hitchcock County, to the south by Perry Precinct. Coleman is described as Township 4 North, Range XXX West of the 6^th P. M.
6. Perry bordered on the east by Willow Grove Precinct, to the north by Coleman Precinct. To the west by Hitchcock County, to the south by Driftwood Precinct. Perry is described as Township 3 North, Range XXX West of the 6^th P. M.
7. Willow Grove bordered on the east by Red Willow Precinct, to the north by Box Elder Precinct. To the west by Perry Precinct, to the south by Valley Grange Precinct. Willow Grove is described as Township 3 North, Range XXIX West of the 6^th P. M.
