Main Feature

South West Nebraska Genealogical Society is a group of individuals that is dedicated to archive and save documents at risk. Our primary document collection is for Red Willow County, Nebraska. We are interested in any document that would provide genealogical evidence for the southwest Nebraska counties of; Chase, Dundy, Hayes, Hitchcock, Frontier, and Red Willow. We do have limited documentation and stone pictures for Gosper, and Furnas county. We do have the entire census images for the counties mentioned covering the years 1880, 1890 Civil War pensioner and widow, 1900, 1910, 1920, and 1930. Have limited access to the 1885 state census at the Family History Center here in McCook. Also have the World War I draft registration images for the above mentioned counties. The Family Tree's presented here will have the individuals in them that are named in the documents. The document image will be linked to the individual in the file. All family trees on the site can be searched from the search menu.
